和谐劳动关系的建构是一个系统工程,涉及法律、经济、社会保障等方面,文化亦是不可或缺的因素。因为,企业劳动关系并非是一种纯粹的经济利益关系,而是一种比其他任何一种经济关系都更多地渗透着社会、文化及其政治关系的经济关系,其中文化因素对企业和谐劳动关系的形成和建构具有特殊的影响作用。近些年来,劳动关系成为国内外的热点问题。劳动关系研究一般集中在经济、法律和社会管理的层面,文化研究常常被忽略。文化是劳动关系系统模型的第四环境,影响着劳动关系调节模式的形成和建立。从文化这个独特的视角来重新诠释劳动关系,研究文化对于劳动关系的影响,研究如何通过增强以人为本的职工文化建设活动的开展来和谐劳动关系,具有重要的意义。
The construction of harmonious labor relations is a systematic project involving the aspects of law, economy and social security. Culture is also an indispensable factor. Culture is the fourth environment of the system of labor relations and affects the formation and establishment of the mode of labor relations regulation. It is of great significance to reinterpret labor relations from the unique perspective of culture, to study the influence of culture on labor relations, and to study how to harmonize labor relations by strengthening the people-oriented development of workers’ cultural activities.
