制定区域卫生发展规划,走区域化发展的道路是当前我国卫生事业发展和改革的迫切需要。自1992年开始,桓台县制定了《桓台县区域卫生发展规划》。规划实施后,卫生资源得到了合理充分的利用,减少了主观性、随意性和盲目性,促进了全县卫生工作的发展。一、县级卫生机构进一步加强,中心作用得到了发挥。根据规划,县级医疗机构配备了较先进的仪器设备,功能逐步完善,为方便群众就诊及诊治疑难病
Formulating a regional health development plan and taking the path of regional development is an urgent need for the development and reform of China’s health industry. Since 1992, Huantai County has formulated the “Huantai County Regional Health Development Plan.” After the implementation of the plan, health resources have been reasonably and fully utilized, reducing subjectivity, arbitrariness and blindness, and promoting the development of health work in the county. First, the county-level health institutions have been further strengthened and the central role has been brought into play. According to the plan, the county-level medical institutions are equipped with more advanced equipment and facilities, and their functions are gradually improved, so as to facilitate the people’s visit and diagnosis and treatment of difficult diseases.
