本文通过分析世界各国创业投资的实践，认为创业投资的发展离不开政府的扶植，并对政府扶植创业投资的各种措施进行了具体介绍和讨论。对比国际上的通行作法，本文对我国政府扶植创业投资的措施也进行系统分析，并针对其不足，提出了相应的改进建议。 By analyzing the practice of venture capital in all countries in the world, this paper argues that the development of venture capital is inseparable from the government support and introduces and discusses the various measures that the government is propping up venture capital. Compared with the common practice in the world, this paper also systematically analyzes the measures of our government in propping up venture capital, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement according to its deficiency.
