分别以3割龄和6割龄RRIM600胶树为材料比较了多胺在割面与非割面、高割线与低割线上的分布差异,并讨论其与割胶的关系。胶乳中含有Put、Spd和 Spm 3种多胺,以Put含量为主。割面上的Put和总PAs含量高于非割面。割面上离割口越近Put含量越高,其生物合成越活跃;非割面上的Put及其它多胺垂直变化不大。低割线上的各类多胺含量均高于高割线。割胶促进排胶,也促进多胺的生物合成。
The distribution of polyamines on cut and non-cut surfaces, high and low cut lines were compared using RRIM600 gum tree with 3 years of age and 6 years of age respectively. The relationship between them and tapping was also discussed. Latex containing Put, Spd and Spm 3 kinds of polyamines to Put content-based. Put and total PAs on the cut surface were higher than those on the non-cut surface. The closer the cutting surface to the cutting edge, the higher the content of Put, the more active the biosynthesis. The Put and other polyamines on the non-cut surface have little change vertically. Low cut line on all kinds of polyamine content are higher than the high cut line. Tapping glue to promote gel, but also to promote the biosynthesis of polyamines.
