目的 :观察大承气汤颗粒剂对细菌性腹膜炎大鼠小肠组氨酶活性的影响。方法 :将健康大鼠58只随机分为实验性腹膜炎模型组 (简称模型组 ) ;正常对照组 ;及大承气汤颗粒剂大、中、小剂量组、大承气汤颗粒剂与头孢克罗联用组 (简称联用组 )和头孢克罗组 ;除模型组和对照组其他各组给药3d后 ,给予模型组和各给药组大肠杆菌悬液腹腔注射 ,造成细菌性腹膜炎 ,24h后将所有各组动物处死制得小肠匀浆标本测其组氨酶活性。结果 :模型组与正常对照组比较 ,组氨酶活性明显降低 (P<0.01) ;给药组与模型组比较除大承气汤小剂量组和头孢克罗组 ,其余各组组氨酶活性均明显升高(P<0.05) ,且大承气汤颗粒剂对组氨酶活性的影响呈剂量依赖性。结论 :大承气汤颗粒剂对肠道屏障有重要的保护作用
Objective : To observe the effect of Dachengqi Decoction Granule on the activity of intestinal ammonia enzyme in rats with bacterial peritonitis. METHODS: Fifty-eight healthy rats were randomly divided into experimental peritonitis model group (abbreviated as model group); normal control group; and Dachengqi Decoction granules, large, medium and small dose groups, Dachengqi Decoction granules and cefixime. The Luolian group (abbreviated as combined group) and cefaclor group; after 3 days of administration of the model group and other groups of the control group, the model group and each administration group were injected intraperitoneally with an E. coli suspension to cause bacterial peritonitis. After 24 hours, all groups of animals were sacrificed to obtain the histase activity of intestinal homogenate specimens. Results:Compared with the normal control group, the activity of histamine enzyme was significantly lower in the model group (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the model group was divided into the Dachengqi Decoction low-dose group and the cefaclor group, and the other groups were in the group of ammonia enzyme activity. Both were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the effect of Dachengqi Decoction Granule on histase activity was dose-dependent. Conclusion : Dachengqi Decoction granules have important protective effect on intestinal barrier
