如果说前几年,人们对“散客潮”是否来临还众说纷纭的话,那么近两年,这一趋势已逐步得到了人们的共识。许多事实和统计数字表明,我国的国际旅游客源结构已经发生了根本性的变化,团体观光旅游者占压倒多数的时代已一去不复返了。面对这一变化,有的旅行社正在抓紧时机,积极开拓散客市场,其中成效比较显著的当首推国旅总社。日前,我们带着“如何开拓散客旅游市场”这一问题,走访了中国国际旅行社总社刘家骧总经理。
