高职课堂教学是学生获取知识、技能、奠定从业基础、塑造职业理想的主阵地。可当今高等职业教育存在教育的标准高、行业的要求高、家长的期望高,生源门槛低(“三高一低”)的困惑,如何在生源文化基础、学习能力、学习愿望、综合素质参差不齐的背景下,实现人才培养“三高”的目标,教师在课堂教学中的组织与管理具有举足轻重的作用。本文从当前背景下高职课堂教学组织管理的现实意义,高职课堂组织管理的现状与对策进行分析与阐述。

Nowadays, higher vocational education has the high standard of education, the high demand of the profession, the high expectation of parents, the low threshold of students ( “three highs and one low ”) confusion, how to base students’ abilities, learning ability, Under the background of uneven quality, the goal of talent cultivation and “three highs” is realized, and teachers’ organization and management in classroom teaching play an important role. This article analyzes and elaborates the practical significance of classroom management in higher vocational education under the current background and the status quo and countermeasures of classroom management in vocational colleges.
