铸造成形的椭圆封头冲模,还要在立车上进行车削加工。过去一般是用车刀靠,用样板检查,其加工精度不高,效率低,劳动强度大。我们将C534J_1立式车床进行电气仿形改装,加工出了直径3米的封头模具。 一、工作原理 如图1所示,用2毫米厚铁板制成封头样板5,将微动行程开关2装在刀排3上,开关触头贴着样板曲线。封头样板曲线决定微动行程开关的启、闭,再通过电气元件来控制刀排作水平与垂直交替运动,使车刀仿照样板曲线,以直代曲进行车削加工。
