本文介绍系统理论在医学临床及研究工作中的实际应用。着重阐述了对人体的主要控制器——神经系统功能的整体、动态、定量评价及信息加工机制研究中的重要作用。从我们的实际工作中也可看到,这种方法的合理运用,不但能立即提高目前临床工作的诊断符合率,而且能对目前尚未掌握的某些神经系统疾患的机制和信息加工过程提供启示。看来控制系统的理论和方法,电子计算机的先进工具,合理地和医学科学相结合,将会给医学工作带来新思路、新方法和新成果。
This article describes the practical application of system theory in medical clinical and research work. It focuses on the important role of the main controller of the human body - the overall, dynamic, quantitative evaluation of the function of the nervous system and the information processing mechanism. From our practical work, we can see that the rational use of this method can not only immediately improve the diagnostic accuracy of the current clinical work, but also provide some enlightenment on the mechanism and information processing of some neurological disorders that have not been mastered so far. . It seems that the theories and methods of control systems, the advanced tools of electronic computers, reasonably combined with medical science, will bring new ideas, new methods and new achievements to medical work.
