《中华人民共和国行政复议法实施条例》(以下简称“《条例》”)于2007年5月23日经国务院第177次常务会议通过,8月1日起实施。随之,中国海关结合自身工作特点,以《条例》为依据,制定了《中华人民共和国海关行政复议办法》(以下简称“《办法》”)。《办法》细化了海关行政复议的具体内容,从便利申请人的角度出发,将复议为民的复议精神进行到底。
The Regulations for the Implementation of the Administrative Review Law of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) was approved by the 177th executive meeting of the State Council on May 23, 2007 and came into effect on August 1. Following this, based on the “Regulations”, China Customs has formulated the “Measures for the Administrative Review of the Customs of the People’s Republic of China” (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures”) in light of the characteristics of its own work. The Measures detailed the specific contents of the administrative reconsideration of the Customs and carried out the review of reconsideration for the people from the point of view of facilitating the applicants.
