目的:探讨Vimentin蛋白在子宫内膜样腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:对44例子宫内膜样腺癌(子宫内膜样腺癌组)患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,另外分别选择同期40例确诊为子宫内膜良性肿瘤患者(良性肿瘤组)与38名健康者(正常对照组)作为对照。采用免疫组化法(SP法)对3组的Vimentin蛋白的表达水平进行检测分析。结果:(1)子宫内膜样腺癌组、良性肿瘤组及正常对照组组织Vimentin蛋白表达评分分别为(3.27±0.86)分、(0.85±0.16)分及(0.12±0.07)分,Vimentin蛋白阳性表达率分别为81.82%、17.50%及2.63%,子宫内膜样腺癌组组织Vimentin蛋白表达评分及阳性表达率均显著高于良性肿瘤组与正常对照组(P<0.01);(2)在子宫内膜样腺癌组织中,Vimentin蛋白表达与肿瘤大小、是否局部侵袭、分化程度及是否癌细胞转移存在显著的相关性(P<0.05)。结论:Vimentin蛋白在子宫内膜样腺癌组织中的表达水平较高,对子宫内膜样腺癌的诊断具有十分重要的临床意义。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Vimentin protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods: The clinical data of 44 patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma (endometrioid adenocarcinoma) were retrospectively analyzed. Forty patients with benign endometrial neoplasm (benign tumor) and 38 Healthy people (normal control group) as a control. The expression of Vimentin protein in three groups was detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method). Results: (1) Vimentin protein expression in endometrial adenocarcinoma group, benign tumor group and normal control group were (3.27 ± 0.86) points, (0.85 ± 0.16) points and (0.12 ± 0.07) points, Vimentin protein (81.82%, 17.50%, 2.63% respectively). The expression of Vimentin protein and the positive expression rate in endometrial adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than those in benign tumor and normal controls (P <0.01). (2) In endometrial adenocarcinoma, Vimentin protein expression and tumor size, whether the local invasion, differentiation and whether there is a significant correlation between cancer cell metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of Vimentin protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma is high, which is of great clinical significance for the diagnosis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma.
