本文着重从刚度、热容量、散热、温度梯度、热应变、热应力以及材质等方面分析了制动盘的强度特性。提出了频繁更换制动盘的原因在于其热容量不足而导致裂纹,并在试验基础上提出了制动盘的使用频度、温度和热应力限度,认为必须用改进结构和提高强度的方法来提高制动盘的耐久性。
