知情权是一项基本权利,是关系到对政府相关公开信息的知悉和获取,任何公民都应该享有该权利。文中明确界定给出知情权的概念,以我国多部法律法规为视角,分析了我国目前有关知情权的现状,同时提出应在宪法中将知情权规定为公民的一项基本权利,并进一步制定和修改相关法律加以完善。
The right to information is a fundamental right, related to the publicity and access to government-related public information, which any citizen should enjoy. In this article, the concept of right to information is clearly defined. From the perspectives of many laws and regulations in our country, the current situation of right to information in our country is analyzed. At the same time, it is proposed that the right to information should be defined as a basic right of citizens in the constitution and further formulated And amend the relevant laws to be improved.
