类癌是一种少见的、特殊类型的低度恶性肿瘤,可发生于呼吸道、消化道以及卵巢等器官,但消化道最多见。在消化道中阑尾最多,其次为小肠、直肠、胃。国内报道甚少,整个消化道的报道更少。我院自1957年以来收治消化道类癌14例均经手术治疗、病理重新切片复查。报告如下。一、年龄:最小3岁半,最大61岁,男8例,女6例。二、发病部位,手术治疗方式,随诊情况见下表。三、自手术日起计存活时间,14例全部随访或门诊复查。四、病理资料:复 Carcinoid is a rare, special type of low-grade malignancy that can occur in the respiratory tract, digestive tract, and ovaries, but the digestive tract is most common.
