1.高强度钨热丝这是12所与国营745厂联合开发的基础应用研究项目,于1991年4月通过了由机电部微电子与基础产品司组织的设计定型鉴定。研制的φ1.28mm 高强度、高温不下垂热丝,质量和技术性能达到和超过美国 VA145E 电子管热丝水平,满足了大功率行波速调管热丝对钨丝的各项技术要求,解决了材料国产化问题,结束了大功率行波速调管用热丝材料依靠进口的被动局面,填补了国内一项空白。
1.
