例1,男,32岁,婚后8年未育,性生活正常。精液检查无精子。双侧睾丸大小正常,质地中等,双侧附睾头稍肿大,附睾尾部扪及结节,双侧精索内未扪及输精管。前列腺大小正常,质地软,无压痛。拟诊先天性双侧输精管缺如。手术探查见双侧附睾头稍增大,尾部为盲端、膨大,精索内无输精管。取睾丸组织送病检,病理报告为睾丸曲细精管发育正常。

Normal bilateral testis size, medium texture, bilateral epididymal head slightly enlarged, palpable epididymal nodules, both sides of the spermatic cord did not palpable. Prostate size normal, soft texture, no tenderness. Simulated congenital absence of bilateral vas deferens. Surgical exploration see the bilateral epididymal head slightly increased, the tail is blind end, swollen, spermatic tube without spermatic tube. Take testicular tissue sent to the pathological examination, pathological reports of testicular seminiferous tubules normal development.
