为适应社会发展的需求,学校教育就需要改变长期以来形成的单一追求学生学业分数的不良倾向,走出一条适合学生多元化发展、多渠道成才之路。本着对每位学生负责的态度,在教育实践中,创新人才培养机制,改革教学内容与手段,建设现代学校制度,确实是值得认真研究的现实课题。南京市秦淮中学以多元智能理论为基础,因材施教,着力推进多元化教育教学改革,架设学生发展的立交桥,进行了一系列具体的实践和较为深入的思考。
In order to meet the needs of social development, school education needs to change the unhealthy tendencies of pursuing students ’academic scores that have long been formed, and to embark on a path suitable for students’ diversified development and multi-channel success. In the attitude of being responsible for each student, in the practice of education, it is indeed a realistic issue worthy of serious study to innovate the system of training qualified personnel, reform the teaching contents and means, and construct a modern school system. Based on the theory of multiple intelligences, Nanjing Qinhuai Middle School has made a series of concrete practices and deep thinking in its efforts to promote diversified education and teaching reform, set up students’ overpasses.
