该文以2005年到2015年我国飞机和航天器产业、医药制造业、计算机与办公设备制造业、电子与通讯设备制造业、精密仪器和光学器具制造业五大高技术产业的贸易数据为样本,分析美国出口管制对我国高技术产业技术创新的影响。研究发现:受严格管制的高技术产业偏向于依赖自主能力进行创新,受宽松管制的高技术产业创新偏向于依赖外部技术引进;技术管制强度变化会影响国内创新模型的选择,具体表现为管制强度增强,内部依赖增强,外部依赖减弱。
Taking the trade data of China’s five major high-tech industries, such as the aircraft and spacecraft industry, the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, the computer and office equipment manufacturing industry, the electronics and communications equipment manufacturing industry, the precision instruments and the optical equipment manufacturing industry, from 2005 to 2015, Analysis of the Influence of U.S. Export Control on the Technical Innovation of High-tech Industry in China. The results show that: strictly controlled high-tech industries tend to rely on their own ability to innovate, loosely controlled high-tech industry innovation tend to rely on the introduction of external technology; technical control intensity changes will affect the choice of domestic innovation model, manifested in the intensity of regulation Enhancements, increased internal dependency, reduced external dependencies.
