目的了解河南省许昌市乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)流行特征,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对2004-2013年连许昌市乙肝疫情资料进行统计分析。结果 2004-2013年许昌市共报告乙肝54 116例,年平均发病率为126.88/10万,发病率以2006年最高,164.51/10万;2013年最低,84.83/10万;病例主要集中在鄢陵县和许昌县,一年四季均有病例发生,无明显季节高峰。职业以农民为主,年龄集中在15岁以上青壮年,男女发病数之比为1.31∶1。结论许昌市乙肝疫情呈总体下降趋势,乙肝防控应继续实施综合措施,尤其要加强鄢陵县、许昌县等重点地区乙肝防控,做好青壮年、农民等重点人群乙肝疫苗接种的普及和宣传工作,以降低乙肝的流行。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hepatitis B in Xuchang City, Henan Province, and to provide evidence for the development of prevention and control measures. Methods A descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the data of hepatitis B in Xuchang City from 2004 to 2013. Results A total of 54 116 hepatitis B cases were reported in Xuchang City from 2004 to 2013, with an average annual incidence rate of 126.88 / 100 000. The cases mainly concentrated in Yanling County and Xuchang County, all cases occur throughout the year, no significant seasonal peak. Conclusion The epidemic situation of hepatitis B in Xuchang City is generally declining trend. Hepatitis B prevention and control should continue to implement comprehensive measures, especially to strengthen hepatitis B prevention and control in key areas such as Yanling County and Xuchang County so as to popularize and publicize the hepatitis B vaccination in key population such as young adults and peasants Work to reduce the prevalence of hepatitis B.
