高职院校人才培养目标是培养面向生产、建设、管理、服务等行业第一线需要的实践能力强、具有良好职业素质的技能型人才。受传统价值观念、区域产业发展等因素的影响,我国高职教育在人才培养过程中存在着诸多困难和障碍。本文结合当前国情,借鉴德国“双元制”教育模式的精髓,从专业设置、课程体系、教育教学方法、校企合作、师资队伍建设等方面探索高职人才培养的基本策略。
The goal of talent training in vocational colleges is to cultivate skilled talents with good professional qualities that are needed in the front line of production, construction, management and service industries. Influenced by traditional values, regional industrial development and other factors, there are many difficulties and obstacles in the process of personnel training in higher vocational education in our country. Based on the current national conditions and drawing lessons from the quintessence of the German “dual system” education model, this paper explores the basic tactics of talent cultivation in higher vocational education from the perspectives of professional setting, curriculum system, teaching methods, school-enterprise cooperation and teaching staff building.
