本文研究了家兔注射不同剂量胰岛素后不同时间的剂量反应关系。发现注射胰岛素后2～3小时,不同剂量引起的降血糖反应区别最明显、用2.5小时测定一次血糖值的兔法检定9批胰岛素(包括粉末和注射液)所获得的结果与小鼠惊厥法结果大部分是一致的。与美国药典XIX版比较,以2.5小时测一次血糖的方法精密度较大,正确性较高。通过不同设计的研究,提供了一个简便的胰岛素生物检定兔血糖法。
This article studies the dose response of rabbits injected with different doses of insulin at different times. Found 2 to 3 hours after injection of insulin, hypoglycemic response caused by different doses the most obvious difference, with a 2.5-hour determination of blood glucose in a rabbit test nine batches of insulin (including powder and injection) obtained results and mice convulsion method Most of the results are consistent. Compared with the United States Pharmacopoeia XIX version, measuring blood glucose in 2.5 hours is more precise and accurate. Through a variety of design studies, a simple insulin biosensor for rabbit blood glucose is provided.
