目的探讨挫伤性前房积血的有效治疗方法。方法 60例钝挫伤前房积血经采用双眼包扎,静卧,全身止血,激素,20%甘露醇,口服醋氮酰胺,后期活血化瘀中药及手术等综合治疗。结果 60例钝挫伤前房积血全部吸收,其中12例继发青光眼经治疗眼压全部恢复正常。结论挫伤性前房积血的处理原则是在促进积血吸收的同时特别预防和治疗并发症,药物治疗及手术综合疗法是治疗前房积血的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the effective treatment of contusion hyphema. Methods Sixty cases of blunt traumatic hyphema were treated with binocular dressing, lying on the bed, systemic hemostasis, hormone, 20% mannitol, oral acetazolamide, traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and surgery. Results 60 cases of blunt traumatic hyphema were all absorbed, of which 12 cases of secondary glaucoma after treatment all intraocular pressure returned to normal. Conclusions The principle of treatment of contusion hyphema is to prevent and treat complication while promoting blood absorption. Drug therapy and surgery combined therapy are effective methods to treat hyphema.
