中国和哈萨克斯坦是直接接壤的友好邻邦,从1991年开始的全方位合作呈现逐步繁荣的趋势。中国新疆和哈萨克斯坦的陆地边境线长达1700多公里,民族文化有诸多的相似之处。在地理、政治、文化等各方面利好因素的影响下,中国新疆和哈萨克斯坦的自由贸易活动全面开展起来。文章从中哈自由贸易区建设的有利条件谈起,从战略角度分析了中哈两国可以开展贸易活动的主要领域,包括能源领域、食品领域、纺织领域和建筑领域,进而提出了中国新疆与哈萨克斯坦共建贸易合作区的相关对策。
As a friendly neighbor bordering on China, Kazakhstan and China have enjoyed a gradual and prosperous trend of all-round cooperation since 1991. China’s Xinjiang and Kazakhstan have more than 1,700 kilometers of land along the borderline, and there are many similarities between ethnic cultures. Under the influence of various favorable factors such as geography, politics and culture, the free trade activities in Xinjiang and Kazakhstan in China are fully carried out. The article talks about the favorable conditions for the construction of China-Kazakhstan Free Trade Area. From the strategic point of view, it analyzes the main fields in which China and Kazakhstan can carry out trade activities, including energy, food, textiles and construction. Then, The countermeasures for establishing the trade cooperation area of Stan.
