二十五、苯酐 邻苯二甲酸酐,俗称苯酐;为白色针状晶体,密度1.527g/cm~3,熔点130.8℃,沸点284.5℃,易升华;稍溶于冷水,易溶于热水并水解为邻苯二甲酸,能溶于乙醇、苯和吡啶,微溶于乙醚。苯酐应用很广,可用于制造染料、药物、聚酯树脂、醇酸树脂、塑料、增塑剂和涤纶等。 1 工艺技术 目前,世界苯酐生产所采用的工艺路线有萘流化床氧化、萘或邻二甲苯固定床氧化。其中以邻二甲苯固定床氧化技术为主,大约占世界苯酐总生产能力的80%以上;
