用2,4-二硝基苯肼比色法和琼脂糖凝胶电泳法分别测定大肠癌和癌旁组织的LDH活性及其同工酶谱。结果表明,大肠癌组织的LDH总活性为62.70±13.50U/g组织,LDH比活性为63.41±12.41U/mg蛋白,均显著高于癌旁组织,构成比也明显改变,LDH5增高明显,LDH4+LDH5/LDH1+LDH2为3.6±1.4,明显高于癌旁组织。提示大肠癌组织的LDH同工酶谱明显向M型转移。
The activity of LDH and isoenzyme patterns of colorectal cancer and paracancerous tissues were measured by 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine colorimetric method and agarose gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the total activity of LDH in colorectal cancer tissues was 62.70±13.50 U/g, and the specific activity of LDH was 63.41±12.41 U/mg, which was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues, and the composition ratio also changed significantly. , LDH5 increased significantly, LDH4 + LDH5 / LDH1 + LDH2 was 3.6 ± 1.4, significantly higher than the adjacent tissue. It is suggested that the LDH isoenzyme spectrum of colorectal cancer tissue significantly shifts to M type.
