研究了不同变形温度和不同变形速率下发动机气阀用铬锰钢的变形行为,探讨了变形的显微机理,得到的最佳热处理参数为控制热变形速率和变形温度分别在1~15 s-1和1 150~950℃范围内。
The deformation behavior of chrome-manganese steel for engine valve with different deformation temperature and different deformation rate was studied. The microscopic mechanism of deformation was discussed. The optimal heat treatment parameters were obtained by controlling the deformation rate and deformation temperature in 1-15 s- 1 and 1 150 ~ 950 ℃ range.
