选取高山灌丛(AS)、方枝柏(SS)、杜鹃林(RF)、急尖长苞冷杉林(AGSF)4种群落类群的土壤作为研究对象,研究了NH_4~+-N、NO_3~--N含量的变化特征及其影响因子。结果表明:4种不同类型群落间NH_4~+-N为有效态氮的主要存在形式,而NO_3~--N居于较次要的地位,且含量远低于NH_4~+-N。4种不同类型群落间NH_4~+-N差异极显著(p<0.05)。AS的NH_4~+-N含量最高,为84.981mg/kg,AGSF的含量最低,为48.337 mg/kg。不同类型间NO_3~--N含量也存在极显著差异(p<0.05)。AGSF的NO_3~--N含量最高,为2.753 mg/kg,AS为0.801 mg/kg。森林土壤中NO_3~--N的动态变化可能与不同的森林类型、土壤属性以及土壤的C/N比格局有关,此外还受到气候和环境因素的制约。本研究初步探明了色季拉山东麓4种植被类型中的NH_4~+-N和NO_3~--N含量的变化特征及其影响因子,为进一步阐明全球变化对高山森林生态系统土壤无机N储量的影响提供基础资料和参考借鉴。
Soil samples from four communities of alpine shrubs (AS), Spartina alterniflora (SS), Rhododendron (RF), and Abies faxanularis (AGSF) were selected to study the effects of NH_4 ~ + -N, - N content changes and its impact factors. The results showed that: NH_4 ~ + -N was the main form of available nitrogen in the four different types of community, while NO_3 ~ - N was the secondary status, and its content was much lower than that of NH_4 ~ + -N. There were significant differences in NH_4 ~ + -N among four different types of communities (p <0.05). The content of NH_4 ~ + -N in AS was the highest, 84.981mg / kg, and the lowest was AGSF, which was 48.337mg / kg. There was also a significant difference in the content of NO_3 ~ --N between different types of poultry (p <0.05). The dynamic changes of NO_3 ~ - N in forest soils may be related to different forest types, soil properties and soil C / N ratios, and are also affected by climate and environmental factors.
