The novel and faerie one-pot method for sulfonyloxylaetonization of alkenoic acids was reported: when (diaeetoxyiodo)-benzene, various 4-pentenoie acids or 5-hexenoic acid and sulfonic acids were mixed in CH_2Cl_2 at room temperature,sulfonyloxylactons were obtained in good to excellent yields in short times, some had two diastereoisomers.
