基于在碱性介质中,山奈酚对钴铁氧体催化鲁米诺产生化学发光有明显的抑制作用,建立一种测定痕量山奈酚的流动注射-化学发光分析方法。考察了鲁米诺浓度、钴铁氧体浓度、反应介质以及pH值对化学发光体系测定山奈酚的影响,同时做多种共存物质对测定的干扰试验。在优化的试验条件下,该分析方法的线性范围5×10-9~1×10-6g·mL-1,检出限2.8×10-9 g·mL-1,对浓度为5×10-8 g·mL-1山奈酚平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差为2.9%。该方法用于三叶青中痕量山奈酚含量的测定,回收率为91%~107%。
In the alkaline medium, kaempferol inhibited the luminescence of luminol catalyzed by cobalt ferrite, and established a flow injection-chemiluminescence method for the determination of trace kaempferol. The effects of luminol concentration, cobalt ferrite concentration, reaction medium and pH on the determination of kaempferol in chemiluminescence system were investigated.
