本文通过对液压伺服阀流量增益与负载的非线性进行分析,利用状态观测器得到阀的内部压力,从而对液压油流量进行精确控制。为了准确的调试和测试电液伺服加载控制器的性能,需对各组成部件进行数学分析,本文通过对各部件的分析在MATLAB平台上建立了仿真试验台各部件的数学模型,最后,对建立的数学模型合理性进行验证,通过MATLAB仿真结果表明该仿真系统可较好模拟伺服加载系统的工况,对电液伺服加载系统的实践研究有十分重要的意义。
In this paper, the hydraulic servo valve flow gain and load nonlinear analysis, the use of state observer to get the valve internal pressure, thus precise control of hydraulic oil flow. In order to accurately debug and test the performance of the electro-hydraulic servo load controller, the mathematical analysis of each component must be done. Based on the analysis of each component, the mathematic model of each component of the simulation test bench is established on the MATLAB platform. Finally, The simulation results of MATLAB show that the simulation system can simulate the working condition of servo loading system well, which is of great significance to the practical research of electro-hydraulic servo loading system.
