目的探讨分组竞赛法在《护理学基础》教学中的应用效果。方法采用随机抽样的方法,抽取西安医学院2011级护理学本科生60名。随机分为实验组和对照组各30名。对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采用分组竞赛法,对两种教学方法进行比较,评价教学效果。结果实验组和对照组学生技能考试成绩之间存在显著性差异(t=4.791,P<0.01),两组学生对教学效果的评价存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论分组竞赛法可以激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的分析问题、解决问题的能力,增强团队协作精神。“,”Objective to study the application effect of group competition method in the teaching of basic nursing.Methods by random sampling, 60 nursing undergraduate from 2011 grade were selected in Xi'an Medical University, and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. Both were 30. Traditional teaching method was used in the control group, and group competition method was used in the experimental group. Then comparison of teaching effect between the control group and the experimental group was conducted.Results the scores of skill examination existed significant difference between the control group and the experimental group (t=4.791, P<0.01). There was significant difference of teaching evaluation of students between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion the method of group competition can stimulate students' interest in learning, improve the students' ability to analyze and solve problems, and strengthen the team cooperation spirit.
