目的:探讨凋亡抑制蛋白(Survivin)、尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(uPA)及β-连环素(β-catenin)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达和临床意义。方法:用免疫组化SP法检测Survivin、uPA和β-catenin在49例子宫内膜癌组织中的表达情况。结果:Survivin、uPA和β-catenin在子宫内膜癌中的阳性率分别为69.4%、77.6%和61.2%。Survivin的表达与组织病理分级和子宫肌层浸润深度有关;uPA的表达与组织病理分级和子宫肌层浸润深度有关;β-catenin的表达与组织病理分级及子宫肌层浸润深度有关。三者在子宫内膜癌中的表达具有相关性。结论:Survivin、uPA和β-catenin与子宫内膜癌的发展、侵袭相关;三者共同作用促进子宫内膜癌的发展和侵袭。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Survivin, uPA and β-catenin in endometrial carcinoma. Methods: The expressions of Survivin, uPA and β-catenin in 49 cases of endometrial carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The positive rates of Survivin, uPA and β-catenin in endometrial carcinoma were 69.4%, 77.6% and 61.2% respectively. The expression of Survivin was correlated with the histopathological grade and the depth of myometrial invasion. The expression of uPA was correlated with the histopathological grade and the depth of myometrial invasion. The expression of β-catenin was correlated with histopathological grade and depth of myometrial invasion. The expression of the three in endometrial cancer has a correlation. Conclusion: Survivin, uPA and β-catenin are associated with the development and invasion of endometrial carcinoma. The three factors can promote the development and invasion of endometrial carcinoma.
