用Ia和OKT单克隆抗体对经纤维胃镜确诊的食管癌17例、胃癌20例及正常人17名的外周血淋巴细胞进行分类。空腹抽血5ml,提取淋巴细胞,用Ia、OKT_3、OKT_4、OKT_8抗体和兔抗鼠IgG荧光抗体作免疫荧光染色。计数100个淋巴细胞中阳性细胞的百分比。结果:正常人T淋巴细胞(OKT_3阳性)为74.03±2.19,辅助性T淋巴细胞(OKT_4阳性)为49.02±3.88,抑制性T淋巴细胞(OKT_8阳性)为28.98±3.89,B淋巴细胞(Ia阳性)为20.86±2.98,OKT_4/OKT_8比值为1.72。食管癌患者与胃癌患者的OKT_4为41.27±5.98与39.33±7.29,明显低于正常人组;OKT_8为40.09±6.11与36.26±7.21,较正常人组显著增加;OKT_4/OKT_8比值为1.10与1.15,显著小于正常人组。说明进展期肿瘤患者的免疫功能均处于失调状态。
The peripheral blood lymphocytes from 17 cases of esophageal cancer, 20 cases of gastric cancer, and 17 normal persons diagnosed by fiberoptic gastroscopy were classified with Ia and OKT monoclonal antibodies. Fasting blood 5ml, lymphocytes were extracted, immunofluorescence staining with Ia, OKT_3, OKT_4, OKT_8 antibody and rabbit anti-mouse IgG fluorescent antibody. The percentage of positive cells in 100 lymphocytes was counted. Results: Normal human T lymphocytes (OKT_3 positive) was 74.03±2.19, helper T lymphocytes (OKT_4 positive) were 49.02±3.88, inhibitory T lymphocytes (OKT_8 positive) were 28.98±3.89, B lymphocytes (Ia positive ) was 20.86±2.98, and the ratio of OKT_4/OKT_8 was 1.72. The OKT_4 in patients with esophageal cancer and gastric cancer were 41.27±5.98 and 39.33±7.29, which was significantly lower than that in the normal group; OKT_8 was 40.09±6.11 and 36.26±7.21, which was significantly increased compared with the normal group; the ratio of OKT_4/OKT_8 was 1.10 and 1.15. Significantly less than the normal group. It shows that the immune function of patients with advanced cancer is in an imbalanced state.
