吉林省桦甸市白山发电厂为总装机容量1500MW的特大型水电站,是一座以发电为主,兼有防洪等综合效益的水电站,白山站一期机组已经运行将近20a,由于电站水头较高,机组在系统中担任调峰、调频及事故备用的任务,运行工况复杂,机组经常在非优工况下运行,汽蚀破坏严重,尤其上冠汽蚀严重,最大汽蚀深度可达45mm,虽然每次检修都进行汽蚀处理,但是转轮叶片靠近上冠狭窄区域的汽蚀由于焊接和打磨困难,没能进行彻底处理,文章就白山发电厂在2008年3月1号机组扩修时对水轮机轴和转轮分解、转轮翻转、转轮汽蚀进行彻底处理进行简单介绍,并对处理过程中发生的问题进行探讨。

The article discusses the failure of Baishan Power Plant on March 1, 2008 when the unit is repaired The turbine shaft and runner decomposition, runner flip, runner cavitation thoroughly deal with a brief introduction, and to deal with the problems occurred in the process.
