超高压送电线路的四分裂式导线必须用间隔棒隔开,以防止导线相互鞭击。由于微风会引起高空导线振动,而强风可能诱发其次档距间导线的振荡,这样既会直接导致导线的疲劳和破坏,也能使紧固件松动而间接地磨损导线。在间隔棒中装配有本工作研制的阻尼胶柱,则可吸收导线振动能,达到防护导线的目的。结果和讨论阻尼胶柱采用具有良好阻尼性能和较长疲劳寿命的两种橡胶并用。并用胶阻尼系数tanδ随温度的变化以及同其它几种胶相比较的结果如图。可见并用胶阻尼系数从-40℃—+40℃之间在0.40~0.13范围之内,亦即它在这样宽广的温区内均有较好的吸振能力,且随着温度降低,
The four-split conductor of the EHV transmission line must be separated by spacers to prevent the conductors from whipping each other. Since the breeze can cause vibration of aerial conductors, strong winds may induce oscillation of the conductor between the second gear and the span, which leads to fatigue and damage of the conductor as well as loosening of the fasteners to indirectly wear the conductor. In the spacer rod equipped with damping rubber column developed in this work, it can absorb the vibration of the wire to achieve the purpose of protecting the wire.
