动力总成悬置系统对改善整车的噪声和振动起着非常重要的作用。文中以某国产轿车为例,建立了动力总成悬置系统与底盘的耦合模型,并根据解耦应该与某一特定的激励有关的理论,以转矩轴方向和垂直方向的能量解耦度为目标,运用改进的非支配排序遗传算法对悬置系统参数进行优化设计。最后在整车中对优化后的悬置系统进行仿真验证,证明所采用方法的可行性。
Powertrain mounting system to improve vehicle noise and vibration plays a very important role. Taking a domestic car as an example, a coupled model of the powertrain mounting system and the chassis is established. Finally, the optimized suspension system is verified in the whole vehicle to prove the feasibility of the method.
