一、我国能源利用存在的问题1.我国各种能源消费构成极不合理.我国的能源消耗以煤为主.煤炭占整个能源消耗的75%,石油占17.1%,天然气占2.2%,水电占5.7%.这个比例和世界石油、天然气在全球能源消耗中占60%以上的比重相差甚多,煤炭消耗高出世界比重的一倍以上.预计2010年中国能源消费结构会有所变化.煤炭消耗将下降到65%左右,石油约19.3%,天然气和水电、核电分别上升至4.9%和10.8%.中国自己生产的石油已满足不了国内市场,每年还需进口2-3千万吨石油,到2010年大约要进口1亿吨.
