本文试图从莎士比亚戏剧《雅典的泰门》和《旧约·约伯记》两部作品出发,通过对两位主人公的人物形象比较,发现泰门与约伯从身份地位到人生经历有着诸多相似之处。由此,认为深受圣经文学影响的莎士比亚在创作泰门人物形象时,借用了圣经约伯的人物原型。通过比较分析泰门、约伯人物形象的不同,结合两部作品所处社会时代及文化背景,分析其人物形象不同的原因,更深入了解西方圣经文化对文学创作的影响。 This article attempts to start from two works of Shakespeare ’s Drama, “The Gate of Athens” and “the Old Testament Job,” and through the comparison of the images of the two protagonists, we find that there are many similarities between the status and life experience of Taimen and Job. Where. As a result, Shakespeare, deeply influenced by biblical literature, borrows the prototype of the Bible from Job’s character in his creation of the image of Tymen. By analyzing the differences between the images of Tymen and Job, and combining the social times and cultural background of the two works, we analyze the reasons for their different personalities and learn more about the influence of Western Bible culture on literary creation.
