涂料在金属型铸造中极为重要,可通过它调节铸型的热阻,控制铸件的冷却速度,获得优质铸件;但选择不适当,就会使铸件产生一系列缺陷,甚至引起成批报废。 图1为定深器壳体铸件,分型情况如图所示,底部为铸铁金属型,在φ498范围内,纵、横断面曲率是变化的,顶部为带砂芯的干砂型。铸造合金为ZHSi80—3,零件承受气、液压试验。铸件结构较复杂且壁较薄。
Coating is extremely important in metal casting, through which it adjusts the thermal resistance of the mold and controls the cooling rate of the casting to obtain good quality castings. However, improper selection causes a series of defects in the castings and may even lead to batch scrap. Figure 1 shows the depth of the shell casting, the type shown in the figure, the bottom of the cast iron metal type, in the φ498 range, vertical and horizontal sections of the curvature changes, the top of the dry sand with a sand core. Cast alloy ZHSi80-3, parts to withstand gas, hydraulic test. The structure of the casting is more complicated and the wall is thinner.
