为了观察单纯疱疹病毒（ＨＳＶ）对脑膜和脑实质的侵袭性，用不同剂量的ＨＳＶ体外感染兔脑膜及脑神经细胞，对病毒的感染强度作趋势检验，同时观察该病毒的致细胞病变作用及抗原分布。ＨＳＶ对体外兔脑膜和脑神经细胞均造成明显的病理损害，趋势分析Ｐ＞０．０５，两种细胞的胞浆与胞核中均有病毒抗原分布。体外实验提示ＨＳＶ对兔脑膜和脑神经细胞具有相同的侵袭性
In order to observe the invasiveness of herpes simplex virus (HSV) and the parenchyma of the brain, in vitro infection of rabbit meninges and brain neurons with different doses of HSV was carried out to test the trend of the virus infectivity and to observe the cytopathic effect of the virus and Antigen distribution. HSV on the rabbit brain and brain cells in vitro caused significant pathological lesions, trend analysis P> 0.05, the two kinds of cells in the cytoplasm and nucleus have viral antigen distribution. In vitro experiments suggest that HSV has the same invasiveness on rabbit brain and brain cells
