飞机静力试验是验证其结构静强度的重要手段。本文在国内相关飞机机身和机翼静力试验设计的基础上,选取空客A320飞机方向舵,基于有限元思想模型简化,确定加载点及加载方式,并使用MATLAB软件对方向舵的结构静强度和飞行过程中舵面上的载荷进行初步数据分析,开发了计算载荷分布软件。该软件可用于民航专业教学,有助于学生了解方向舵受力的特点,同时为A320方向舵静力试验实验室的建造提供理论依据。
Aircraft static test is an important means to verify the static strength of the structure. Based on the design of the related aircraft fuselage and wing static test in China, this paper selects the rudder of Airbus A320 aircraft, simplifies the model based on the finite element model, determines the loading point and loading method, and uses the MATLAB software to calculate the static strength of the rudder The initial data analysis of the load on the rudder during flight, the development of the calculation of load distribution software. The software can be used in civil aviation teaching to help students understand the characteristics of the rudder force, and provide a theoretical basis for the construction of the A320 rudder static test laboratory.
