在中国社会飞速迈向现代化的进程中,经济发展和生态环境问题的矛盾日益尖锐。同时,伴随着环境权意识的觉醒,人民群众开始通过各种各样的方式来表达自己在环境权上的期许与诉求。但在我们看来,这些表达方式往往存在着非理性、运动化、规模化的特征,从而对社会稳定造成了一定的负面影响。本文旨在揭示这一表达机制所存在的中国语境下的特有问题,并简要规划下了解决该问题的途径和思路。
In the process of China’s rapid social modernization, the contradictions between economic development and ecological environment have become increasingly acute. At the same time, with the awakening of awareness of environmental rights, the people began to express their expectations and demands on environmental rights through various means. However, in our opinion, these expressions tend to have irrational, athletic and scaled characteristics, which have a certain negative impact on social stability. The purpose of this article is to reveal the unique problems that exist in the Chinese context in this mechanism of expression, and briefly plan the ways and ideas for solving the problem.
