目的 探讨综合療法治療慢性泪囊炎的療效。方法 根據分泌物细菌培養,藥敏试验结果,采取多種配方配制冲洗液,在鼻泪管探通后進行全程泪道冲洗。结果 臨床治療55例67只眼,随访完整资料40例49只眼。近期(3個月)有效率97.01％,长期(18個月)有效率87.90％。结论 综合療法治療慢性泪囊炎的確是一個很好的方法。 Objective To investigate the curative effect of combined therapy on chronic dacryocystitis. Methods According to secretions bacterial culture and drug susceptibility test results, a variety of formulations were used to prepare irrigation fluid and lacrimal duct irrigation was performed after exploration of nasolacrimal duct. Results The clinical treatment of 55 cases 67 eyes, follow-up complete data 40 cases 49 eyes. The recent (3 months) efficiency of 97.01%, long-term (18 months) effective rate of 87.90%. Conclusion Integrated therapy for chronic dacryocystitis is indeed a good method.
