中国的管理软件市场已生变迁。21世纪80~90年代,中国的管理软件市场集中于财务、进销存、人力、MRP Ⅱ等领域,由此催生了一代软件商。进入2000年,软件市场重新分化,SCM、ERP、CRM 又成热点,此时,软件商们开始热热闹闹地重新划分市场,软件服务越来越成了市场主角,服务模式也趋于丰富。大环境的变迁在北京佳软公司的历程中刻下了深深印记。1993年初创业时,佳软公司是一个商务管理软件开发商,依靠300多家经销商组成的营销网络和服务体系,它的最初产品“协力商霸”以套装软件形式发行。之后近10年间,软件市场的进化节奏迫使佳软发生了巨大变化。2002年4月底,佳软公司终于宣布结束了长达2年的探索和转型,抛弃了旧的单纯套装软件模式,转向 SCM 解决方案及增值服务供应商。“协力商霸.net”的开发是佳软公司完成转型的标志,而“协力商霸.net”平台又是完成于微软的 MicrosiftVS net 平台之上。2002年3月,微软在北京发布 MicrosiftVS net 平台,几乎同步,佳软公司发布了基于 Microsift

At the end of April 2002, Goodsoft Corporation finally announced the end of a two-year exploration and transformation, abandoned the old pure package software model, and turned to SCM solutions and value-added service providers. The development of “Sino-Commerce-Shop.net” is a sign of the completion of the transition of Goodsoft Corporation, and the “Joint Dealer.net” platform is completed on Microsoft’s MicrosiftVS.net platform. In March 2002, Microsoft released the MicrosiftVS net platform in Beijing. Almost simultaneously, Goodsoft released the Microsift.
