近年来,随着电子商务的飞速发展,网络购物因其具有快速、方便、价格优惠等特点进入千家万户,深受消费者亲睐,但网购纠纷也不断增加。为了保护消费者合法权益,平衡经营者与消费者之间的利益,我国在2014年新修订的《消费者权益保护法》中首次确立了消费者的后悔权,顺应了时代发展的需要,但其在现实适用中仍存在一些问题和障碍,我们还需要对后悔权制度进行有效落实和完善。
In recent years, with the rapid development of e-commerce, online shopping has entered the homes of thousands of households for its rapid, convenient and price-saving features, which are deeply favored by consumers. However, online shopping disputes are also increasing. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and to balance the interests of operators and consumers, China has for the first time established the consumer’s right of regret in the “Law on Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests” newly revised in 2014 to meet the needs of the development of the times. However, There are still some problems and obstacles in its practical application. We also need to effectively implement and improve the system of regret rights.
