1995年是“八五”计划的最后一年。一年来,我州国民经济保持了较快的发展势头。预计1995年国民生产总值完成46亿元,比上年增长11.1%,实现了比1980年翻两番的目标;农业获得丰收,农村经济全面发展,农业总产值预计完成24.8亿元,比上年增长5%;粮食再创历史最好水平,预计总产量达到103.37万吨,比上年增长1.87%;乡镇企业总产值预计达到27.1亿元,比上年增长40.27%以上;农民人均纯收入预计达到900元,比上年增长15.1%,约有18万贫困人口越过温饱线。人口自然增长率可实现控制目标。工业总产值预计达34.4亿元,比上年增长24.2%;财政收入持续增长,预计将突破6.6亿元,比上年增长16.7%以上。这些都为我州开创今年经济工作的新局面打下了良好的基础。今年是实现“九五”计划的第一年。州委根据党的十四届五中全会和省委七届四次全会精神,提出了我州“九五”经济社会发展计划和2010年发展规划的建议。根据这次全省经济工作会议的精神,今年我州经济工作的总体要求是:坚持邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义
