为满足机车智能称重的目的,设计了以MSP430F149单片机为核心的控制系统。该控制系统利用MSP430F149的优点,并结合外部电路来实现机车轮重的数据采集、比较判别及自动调整轮重的控制方法,重点介绍了系统的硬件组成和各部分的主要作用以及软件设计过程。该控制系统极大地提高了机车称重的效率和机车的制造质量,很好地满足了机车智能称重的目的。
In order to meet the purpose of locomotive intelligent weighing, a control system based on MSP430F149 is designed. The control system uses the advantages of MSP430F149 and combines with the external circuit to realize the data acquisition of locomotive wheel weight, compare and distinguish and control the wheel weight automatically. The hardware components of the system and the main functions of each part and software design process are introduced emphatically. The control system greatly improves the efficiency of locomotive weighing and the manufacturing quality of the locomotive, which well meets the purpose of locomotive intelligent weighing.
