本文通过对中国地质大学（ 武汉） 各院系近五年来在国内外期刊上发表的学术论文及被三大检索系统检索的论文数量进行统计并进行纵、横向对比分析， 从总体上看， 我校发表的论文数量和质量与国内外名牌大学存在着明显差距， 文章初步探讨了造成差距的主要原因， 同时， 作者等基于近几年的工作经验和教训， 就如何进一步提高我校的学术论文数量、质量及学术地位提出了相应的建议。
In this paper, the academic papers published in domestic and foreign journals and the number of papers retrieved by the three retrieval systems of each faculties of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) in recent five years are statistically analyzed and compared vertically and horizontally.
