上消化道出血可以由许多疾病引起 ,胃神经鞘瘤是其中的一个罕见原因 ,因该病缺乏典型临床表现 ,常易漏诊或误诊。本文报告我院 30年来收治的该病伴反复上消化道出血3例 ,旨在提高临床医师的诊断意识。1 病例资料 :3例病人的资料见表 1。表 1 　3例胃神经鞘瘤伴上消化道出血患 Upper gastrointestinal bleeding can be caused by many diseases, Gastric schwannoma is a rare cause of the disease because of the lack of a typical clinical manifestations, often misdiagnosis or misdiagnosis.
