现阶段我国范围之内投入建设的建筑工程项目逐渐向着大规模和复杂化的方向转变,传统型建筑工程设计领域当中个专业的设计人员实际工作的过程中一般情况之下不会相互沟通,因此在施工相关工作进行的过程中展现出来的协调性水平较为低下,甚至在某些情况之下会涌现出来整体不适应这样的问题,但是BIM技术措施实际应用的过程中,可以使得各个专业中的设计人员沟通变得较为密切,在此基础之上自然可以使得建筑工程预期性设计工作的效率水平得到一定程度的提升,笔者依据实际工作经验及相关文献资料的记载,针对BIM技术措施在建筑工程预期性设计阶段中得到的应用展开分析,希望可以在今后相关的工作人员对这个问题进行分析的时候起到一定程度的借鉴性作用。
At the present stage, the construction projects that have been built within the scope of our country are gradually shifting towards large-scale and complex directions. In the traditional construction engineering design field, the professional designers do not communicate with each other during the actual work. The level of coordination demonstrated in the process of construction-related work is relatively low, and even in some cases it may emerge that the overall situation does not adapt to such problems. However, in the process of practical application of BIM technical measures, it can be made in various specialties. The communication between designers has become more intimate, and on this basis, the efficiency level of the expected design work of construction projects can naturally be improved to a certain extent. The author has based on the actual work experience and the relevant literature data records for BIM technical measures in the construction project. It is hoped that the analysis of the applications obtained during the expected design phase will serve as a reference for the relevant staff in the future.
